Michael D. Morra, Esq. is a litigator with nearly thirty years of experience who concentrates his practice on filing Writ of Mandamus actions to force the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to expedite its decision on an immigration plaintiff’s application. Michael Morra  began his career by serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Guterl, where he assisted in the preparation of written judicial decisions and mediated dozens of small claims cases. After his clerkship, Michael joined a busy insurance defense firm where he handled bodily injury, contract, and employment law cases from inception to conclusion. In addition to his experience as a practicing attorney, Michael served as an adjunct professor at Felician University in northern New Jersey and has published legal articles that can be found on various legal websites including Lawyers.com.  Mr. Morra is admitted in New Jersey District Court, and the State Bar of New Jersey.
